Day 1.
Bologna

Meeting with your guide for a visit focused on the peculiar atmosphere of the oldest and first University of the Western world: Alma Mater Studiorum. Bologna is one of the most creative city in Europe, an ancient middle-age city re-shaped by thousands of students living and working here: music&arts, bookshops, comics, cinema. Free time before a dinner in a typical Osteria. Accomodation at your hotel.

Day 2.
First cooking course

Meeting with your chef to shop the ingredients for your cooking course. Visit to a district food market. Half day cooking class followed by lunch based on hand made fresh tagliatelle and lasagne with the original Bolognese Ragout. In the afternoon meeting with your guide for a discovering tour of the middle-age historical city centre of the ancient Bononia with its 35km of arcades: Piazza Maggiore, Palazzo Accursio, the new fantastic public library hosted in the ancient stock market, S. Petronio Basilica, housing the largest sundial in the world, Archiginnasio and Quadrilatero.
